My view is that when the client ask me to recruit I find out as much as possible about them:

Personality Required

Sort out a fair rate for temporary staff

Vett all candidates

Charge a fair fee for permanent staff


Then interview all candidates presented to the client, I also develop a solid relationship to the point that I know the client.


The end result is an extremely high "fill" ratio, a client that then says
